DTB Holdings is a privately held partnership with a single focus: to own, preserve, and thoughtfully steward 15 Railroad Avenue — the historic Samuel Gray Building.
Raised in 1898 beside Kingston's railroad line, it has served the city as a grocery warehouse, a tire shop, and today a restored piece of Midtown's industrial heritage. We intend to keep it standing, and useful, for generations to come.
